National conference on affordable Homes and morgages in nigeria was designed to discuss issues surrounding affordable housing units nationwide, for all income groups. The cardinal objectives of the programme included the following: to increase the housing stock in the country; provide easy access to home ownership; translate the national housing policy objectives into reality; and enhance resource mobilization.
